Description
The works clutch basket uses CR125 fiber clutch plates and stock TRX 250R steel plates. The benefit of the CR fiber plates is better quality and higher performance material. Each CR fiber plate also has 12 drive tabs over the standard TRX 250r plate which has only 10. The addition 14 drive tabs per clutch pack eliminates plate breakage and increases clutch basket life by distributing drive pressure to basket over 14 more pressure points. The works basket is a must for our latest high torque TRX 250R engines. The benefit is ever more important when using lock up clutch pressure plates.
